Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At WEBB CITY FLORIST & GREENHOUSES, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because floral products are perishable and handcrafted, certain limitations apply to refunds and returns. We strive to resolve every concern promptly and fairly.

1ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if cancellation is requested before floral design work or delivery preparation begins. To cancel an order, please call us immediately at 636-237-1889 or email info@webbcflor.com.

Same-day delivery orders may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation has started, as our designers begin work immediately upon order receipt to ensure timely delivery.

Wedding and event orders are subject to separate cancellation terms outlined in your event contract.

2FRESH FLOWER GUARANTEE

We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers upon delivery. All arrangements are crafted with fresh, premium blooms sourced daily from trusted growers.

If customers experience issues related to damaged, wilted, or significantly different flowers than ordered, they must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a resolution.

We take pride in our work and will make every effort to correct any quality issues promptly.

3PHOTO EVIDENCE

To process quality-related refund requests, customers may be required to submit clear photographs of the arrangement showing the issue. Photos should be taken within 24 hours of delivery and sent to info@webbcflor.com along with your order number and a description of the concern.

4NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom floral designs that have been completed
  • Wedding florals after the event date
  • Event installations after setup
  • Personalized items (custom ribbons, engraved items)
  • Perishable add-ons (chocolates, baked goods)
  • Delivery fees once delivery has been completed
  • Rush order surcharges

5SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, certain flowers or containers may be substituted with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design style and color palette. We will always attempt to contact you before making significant substitutions. If we are unable to reach you and a substitution is necessary, we will use our professional judgment to create the most beautiful arrangement possible within your budget.

6DELIVERY ISSUES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information including recipient name, address, phone number, and any access instructions.

We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect recipient details provided by the customer
  • Inaccessible delivery locations
  • Recipient not available to receive delivery
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Traffic or road closures beyond our control

In cases of failed delivery due to customer error, a redelivery fee may apply.

7REFUND METHODS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. We may also offer store credit or replacement arrangements as an alternative resolution at our discretion.

8EVENT AND WEDDING ORDERS

Wedding and event deposits are required to secure your date and begin the planning process. Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on:

  • How far in advance the cancellation is made
  • Preparation work already completed
  • Vendor commitments made on your behalf
  • Floral inventory already sourced

Specific cancellation terms for weddings and events will be outlined in your signed event contract.

9CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If you are dissatisfied with your arrangement for any reason, please contact our team promptly so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We genuinely care about your experience and will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution through replacement, store credit, or refund review. Your happiness is our highest priority.
